Job Summary
Fund Client Servicing Associate in Securities Services Operations responsible for producing and validating IFRS-compliant and regulatory reports, owning reporting activities, governance, and service change requests; analyzing client accounting records, coordinating client visits, and leading cross-functional teams to resolve accounting or product-related issues; maintaining organized client records for queries and audits; supporting process improvements and training junior teammates; requires university finance/accounting background, 6+ years in financial reporting/fund accounting, strong Excel/VBA/Access/Word skills, English and Japanese fluency.
Required Qualifications
- University graduate with a major in Finance or Accounting
- 6+ years of experience in financial reporting, audit, or fund accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, VBA, Access, Word)
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Business level fluency in Japanese
- Professional approach to delivering quality client service
- Ability to communicate effectively within a small team
- Willingness to work additional hours during peak reporting times
