Job Summary
Fund Analyst for MDAP and DITA: assist with the Fund’s Investment Strategy, maintain the Fund Model and reporting suite, coordinate due diligence for acquisitions/divestments, and support quarterly to annual reporting. Responsibilities include managing stakeholder relationships across asset management, development, leasing, and finance; analyzing strategic/financial impacts of acquisitions and capital projects; and delivering insights on portfolio performance, risks and opportunities to support decision-making. Requires strong financial modelling, DCF and valuation skills, and the ability to work within a team in a hybrid Sydney-based setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience in property or finance industries
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, or Commerce; further studies or professional courses advantageous
