Oversee day-to-day fund operations as the central coordinator between the administrator, GP, legal counsel, and auditors, ensuring full execution, tracking, and documentation in line with LPA requirements. Execute and track all instructions across stakeholders, proactively following up until completion, escalating delays, and maintaining clear real-time status tracking. Coordinate capital calls end-to-end by reviewing administrator calculations against the LPA, maintaining a live cash tracker, and ensuring every step is fully documented. Track fund expenses against LPA limits and budgets by validating invoices before payment, flagging non-compliant costs, and maintaining a real-time cost tracker. Ensure all entities remain in good standing by coordinating board resolutions, director appointments, and portfolio company CR issuances, renewals, and bank account setups. Maintain centralized, audit-ready records for the fund, entities, and portfolio companies, including KYC and identity documentation, while logging all communications and approvals to ensure full traceability.
