Job Summary
VP Fund Administration Oversight Manager based in Guernsey overseeing end-to-end outsourced fund administration for Guernsey-domiciled open- and closed-ended structures. Acting as Designated Administrator and a Director on the JPMorgan administration entity board, ensuring regulatory compliance with GFSC requirements, Bailiwick of Guernsey law, and AML standards. Responsible for coordinating fund launches/onboarding, collaborating with clients, counsel, boards, and internal teams, and maintaining an Oversight Monitoring Program across Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Investor AML, and Company Secretarial. Includes on-going KYC/AML oversight, monthly due diligence with outsource partners, client relationship management, governance participation, and providing local support to the Company Secretarial team, with participation in regional Fund Services initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Be suitably qualified and/or experienced (or working towards a relevant qualification) to meet Prescribed Person requirements under GFSC regulations for entities licensed under the Protection of Investors (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2020.
- Demonstrate fund administration experience with in-depth industry and regulatory knowledge of the Guernsey funds sector.
- Operate effectively as a team player while working independently and prioritising deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate and present complex regulatory and operational topics clearly and effectively.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
