Job Summary
Regulatory Services Associate 2 supporting tax and regulatory reporting for Australian clients within Global Services. Produce and submit taxables/distributable income calculations and financial statements on a schedule (daily to annual), maintain client records, respond to queries with urgency, liaise with internal clients, and adhere to process documentation and SOPs. Emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and quality controls; requires strong written and verbal communication, critical thinking, problem solving, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Roles emphasize collaboration across units, risk escalation, and delivering reliable client service. Bachelor degree or above and experience in taxation/regulatory or financial services preferred; proficiency with MS Office and solid attention to detail are valuable for meeting deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above
- Experience in Taxation & Regulatory services or financial services environment an advantage
- Understanding of managed investment funds
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a high pace environment
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
