Fund Administration Analyst

Job Summary
Prepare and review ETF regulatory filings and fund reports while maintaining and reconciling fund data. Support interactions with investment advisors, custodians, auditors, and third parties by utilizing Excel and financial tools to analyze data efficiently. Monitor operational workflows to ensure compliance with SEC regulations and collaborate with accountants and service providers to address inquiries and challenges. Continuously re-prioritize tasks based on evolving deadlines and contribute to process improvements and technology enhancements. This role offers exposure to the full ETF operations lifecycle, working with top-tier clients and industry service providers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to shift priorities quickly and effectively
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, Power BI and data analysis
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management levels

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in fund administration, ETF operations, or financial services is a plus
- Familiarity with SEC regulatory requirements for funds is beneficial but not required
