Job Summary
Manage books and records for pooled private investment funds in the Global Private Debt business; responsibilities include preparation and maintenance of fund books, reconciliation of cash and investments, recording purchase and sale transactions, estimating and posting monthly closing accruals, coordinating with corporate actions, reviewing complex management fee and waterfall calculations, allocating income and expenses to partners, determining distributions and capital calls, and preparing monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting; coordinate with auditors, custodians, prime brokers, and fund administrators, and document processes and internal controls over financial reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5-7 years of relevant accounting or audit experience
- Big Four public accounting background preferred
- Strong knowledge of reconciliation and account analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
