Job Summary
Review capital calls, distributions, and closing workpapers for private equity vehicles, including set-up of client check workpapers. Conduct quarterly, annual, and monthly reviews of financial statements, capital accounts, fee calculations, and bank reconciliations. Assist Investor Servicing and Operations teams by responding to Limited Partner inquiries, coordinating fund-level credit facilities, executing cash movements, and posting investor portal deliverables. Perform detailed reviews of regulatory filings and due diligence materials prior to submission. This role supports the Fund Operations Team in overseeing the full lifecycle of fund accounting across open- and closed-end vehicles. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with complex equity structures and waterfall mechanics within a mostly remote environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on fund accounting/reporting experience
- A./B.S. in Accounting or Finance
- Self-starter that is able to self-motivate to work in a mostly remote team setting
- Strong analytical skills
- Great attention to detail
- Expert modeling and spreadsheet capabilities
Desired Qualifications
- CPA
- Several years of private markets fund accounting experience
- Ideally within growth equity or similar strategies
- Operated within a fund administrator, asset manager, or Big Four environment
- Detail-oriented
- Proactive
- Comfortable in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills
