Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end delivery of all EMEA fund accounting services, ensuring accurate, timely, and controlled execution of client deliverables. Drive service excellence culture across global operations teams, establishing delivery standards, governance routines, and performance metrics aligned with the global operating model. Lead prioritization of client change activities, including transitions, fund launches, and process improvements, while providing timely reporting to corporate and regional governance committees. Ensure optimal technical setup of fund accounting services and elections across funds, maintaining a robust oversight framework for management information and risk control. Build a high-performing team with clear reporting lines, defined authority levels, and documented responsibilities, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. Develop leadership pipelines through succession planning and talent development, championing risk excellence and transparent escalation of material issues. Model highest standards of conduct and decision-making in regulated environments, ensuring alignment with client expectations and external regulatory requirements.
