Fund Accounting Associate

Hands-on fund accounting associate role responsible for full quarterly close for assigned fund entities, including journal entries, cash reconciliations, capital account allocations, fee calculations, GAAP accounting, and coordination with a third-party fund administrator. responsibilities include day-to-day management of the fund administrator relationship, NAV calculations, year-end audit coordination, capital calls and distributions, and regulatory/tax reporting support. Requires CPA and 4–7 years of fund/accounting experience (Big 4 background strongly preferred); strong Excel skills; experience with credit, asset-backed securities, consumer loans, or securitizations preferred. Self-starter who can own processes in a lean, fast-moving environment.
