Job Summary
Fund Accounting and Administration Officer focused on ensuring high-quality NAV processing and service delivery for assigned clients. Responsible for team development, staff management, adherence to operating policies, and proactive client satisfaction. Oversees daily fund accounting processes, internal controls, issue tracking, KPI reporting, client onboarding/initiation, and coordination with AVP. Leads recruitment and training, maintains strong relations with clients and third parties, and provides regular status updates and reporting. Works within State Street's framework to ensure policy compliance, risk management, and business-continuity planning, while supporting new system and product implementations.
