Job Summary
Senior Private Equity Fund Accounting & Administration role responsible for supervising staff, managing internal workflow and client deadlines, maintaining client relationships, reviewing quarterly/annual financial work papers (portfolio schedules, accruals, partner capital allocations), preparing capital calls and distributions, bank reconciliations, and coordination of annual audit/tax return processes; requires strong technical investment accounting knowledge, initiative, ability to manage multiple tasks, and experience with Investran or similar tools.
Required Qualifications
- College degree in business, mathematics, finance or economics (accounting concentration a plus)
- At least 7 years of accounting experience
- 3 to 4 years of supervisory experience
- Experience in private equity industry a plus
- CPA is a plus, but not required
- Experience with Investran or other partnership accounting applications is a plus
