Job Summary
The Fund Accountant will be responsible for providing accounting services including preparation and processing of transactions and financial statements with supporting schedules and work papers. Key responsibilities include cash processing and bank reconciliations, recording journal entries, maintaining the general ledger, preparing financial statements and footnotes, and liaising with independent auditors. A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in accounting, with a salary range of $60,000 to $70,000.
