Job Summary
Manage the functional administration of the OneGov task system within the ABG organization's Digital Information Management cluster. Troubleshoot issues, inventory user requirements for system adjustments, and coordinate with the Equalit team regarding shared solutions. Evaluate release and hotfix impacts, support testing of new features, and ensure users possess adequate knowledge through training and instruction. Maintain up-to-date familiarity with system functionalities while providing critical input on release consequences.
Required Qualifications
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
- (Systeem-) technische kennis
- Ervaring met functioneel (applicatie-) beheer (ITIL, BiSL)
- Ervaring met zaaksystemen
- Ervaring met zaakgericht werken
- Procesgericht kunnen denken
- Resultaatgerichtheid
- Adviesvaardigheid
- Ervaring met MS Office
- Recente werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie
- Beschikbaarheid voor het aantal uren per week zoals in de aanvraag is aangegeven
- In staat om op de in de aanvraag genoemde startdatum te starten met de opdracht
