Job Summary
Manage and improve the YouForce personnel system by resolving incidents, fixing system disruptions, and optimizing the user experience. Advise and train users on system usage while coordinating with HR and IT to align processes. Act as the linking pin between personnel administration, salary administration, and HR teams to facilitate smooth personnel workflows. Drive improvements and support the implementation of new modules and functionalities within the system. Work independently in a hybrid setting with a team of 25 professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Afgeronde relevante opleiding op mbo- of hbo-niveau in een (personeel/salaris) administratieve richting
- Ervaring met personeelsinformatiesystemen, bij voorkeur YouForce
- Probleemoplossend vermogen
- Sterk analytisch vermogen
- Goede sociale vaardigheden om op alle verschillende niveaus te communiceren
- Zelfstandig werken
- Echte teamspeler zijn
