Job Summary
Manage Atlassian products including Confluence Cloud, Jira Software Cloud, Jira Service Management Cloud, Opsgenie, and Bitbucket Datacenter within an enterprise environment. Perform impact analyses on change requests, establish guidelines and documentation, and provide functional support to over 4,000 users. Execute daily stand-ups, refine backlog items with the Product Owner, and conduct peer reviews to validate quality. Write blogposts for the user community and maintain information in the administration wiki. Work in an agile team using Scrum, Kanban, and ITIL principles, with a schedule of 32 to 36 hours per week in a hybrid arrangement between Utrecht and Amersfoort.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in de rol van Functioneel Beheerder
- Minimaal 1 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als beheerder van Atlassian producten zoals Jira Cloud en Confluence Cloud
- Ervaring in het functioneel beheer van Jira en Confluence binnen een omgeving met ten minste 500 gebruikers
- Ervaring met Incidentmanagement en Gebruikersondersteuning (ITIL)
- Bij voorkeur een ITIL v3-certificaat of hoger
- Ervaring met het testen van functionele wijzigingen en het implementeren van security-maatregelen
- Ervaring met het werken in een agile team obv Scrum/ Kanban
- Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatie in Nederlands en Engels
