Manage, maintain, and optimize Trimergo and other assigned business applications while ensuring their reliability, logical configuration, and seamless alignment with organizational processes. Handle user support for incidents and functional issues, create training materials, and document system settings and change instructions. Manage data availability for reporting, dashboards, and integrations by extracting data from databases, optimizing SQL queries, and resolving data quality problems. Spend approximately 60% of time on ERP and application management, 20% on data and reporting, 10% on integrations, and 10% on practical ICT support including hardware procurement and workstation setup. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to implement sustainable improvements and prevent recurring issues.
