Job Summary
Support users with functional questions, incidents, and change requests for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail. Manage the backlog, prioritize tickets, and analyze root causes in data, processes, or configuration. Execute temporary corrective actions to maintain business operations while documenting solutions and signaling recurring issues for structural improvements. Handle functional configuration changes, support releases and testing, and monitor data quality to prevent operational impact. Collaborate daily with users, key users, suppliers, and colleagues within Digital Enablement to ensure systems remain reliable and continuously improve.
Required Qualifications
- Mbo+/hbo werk- en denkniveau
- Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central of een vergelijkbaar ERP-systeem
- Affiniteit met retail-, finance-, logistieke- of voorraadprocessen
- Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en weet goed prioriteiten te stellen
- Je communiceert gemakkelijk en hebt een klantgerichte instelling
