Job Summary
Functional Test Engineer responsible for developing and updating test process flows and instructions, deploying new test stations at customer sites, and qualifying testers before production release. Key duties include reading simple test scripts, supporting root cause analysis, maintaining and calibrating test equipment, developing test procedures for verification and certification, validating testing activities on manufacturing equipment, participating in design verification of new test equipment, and preparing product compliance documentation. The role emphasizes debugging at the PCBA component level, reviewing 3-stirke cases, coordinating with other departments on RMA investigations, setting up ICT fixtures, and writing qualification reports (IOPQ). Strong emphasis on delivering accurate documentation and training technicians/operators in troubleshooting and repair of returned products. The candidate should have experience with Keysight ICT test, SMT/X-Ray/structural tests, PCBA networking knowledge, and 5+ years in CM/NPI roles, with a BS degree in EE/CE and proficient technical English communication.
Required Qualifications
- EE/CE BS degree with 5+ year experiences in Contract Manufacturing in NPI and production phase
- Knowledge and experience on Keysight ICT test (Agilent Legacy)
- Familiar on SMT, X-Ray, Structural Tests
- PCBA Knowledge and experience on network/optical network (prefer)
- 1-5 years CM experience on test processes
- Good in communication, reading, and writing technical report in English
