Functional Support Leader, Brevant

Lead end-to-end seed supply allocation and sales operations support for Brevant, translating supply plans and commercial priorities into actionable allocation strategies across districts, products, and customer segments. Drive end-to-end execution of seed supply allocation, oversee sales support processes, and manage order management, product activation, GTIN management, and packaging setup. Act as a central integration point between Sales, Supply Chain, Product, and Operations, ensuring data accuracy across systems, and guiding the field with process ownership and execution. The role is approximately 75% individual contributor focused on process ownership and execution, with 25% people leadership for a team of functional specialists, delivering continuous improvement, cross-functional coordination, and alignment with commercial strategy. Qualifications include a bachelors degree and strong operational/system expertise; prior leadership experience is required. Location: Des Moines, Iowa, USA.
