Job Summary
Support functional implementation activities for the GSA GO.gov program across multiple waves by developing and managing Requirements Traceability Matrices to ensure end-to-end traceability. Review contract requirements, Statements of Work, user stories, and functional specifications to verify solution alignment, while participating in governance meetings and Functional Oversight Change Board activities. Evaluate proposed functional changes, assess business impacts, and support change approval processes alongside User Acceptance Testing and defect triage. Coordinate with business analysts, solution architects, and agency stakeholders to resolve functional issues, track risks and dependencies, and document meeting outcomes. Ensure functional readiness and consistency across deployments through acceptance document reviews and production transition assessments.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting functional analysis, business analysis, or implementation activities for large enterprise systems
- Experience supporting Federal Government modernization or system implementation programs
- Experience developing and maintaining Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs)
- Experience reviewing contract requirements, functional specifications, and system documentation
- Knowledge of requirements management, change management, and governance processes
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and implementation readiness
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Public Administration, or another related field
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
- Must have a clean record and pass Criminal Background Check
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting GSA GO.gov, or other large Federal modernization initiatives
- Experience with SAP Concur, E2 Solutions, or other enterprise Travel & Expense platforms
- Familiarity with Federal Travel Regulations (FTR) and [SY1] Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) government travel business processes
- Experience supporting Functional Oversight Change Boards (FOCB) or similar governance bodies
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
- Experience with requirements management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, IBM DOORS, or Jama
- SAFe or Agile preferred
