Functional Specialist (Tax)

Act as the primary point of contact between Tax, IT, Process teams, and external vendors to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, user stories, and system solutions. Coordinate system enhancements, testing activities, issue resolution, and development requests while identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization across regions. Maintain process documentation, support user training, and ensure high-quality system governance and adoption within SAP BOLD and related systems. This role bridges internal functions and external service providers to ensure efficient use and continuous improvement of tax-related processes.
