Functional Specialist-Enterprise Apps

Collaborate with business stakeholders across Sales, Service, Operations, and Supply Chain to document CRM requirements and translate manufacturing processes into functional specifications. Analyze lead-to-order, order management, forecasting, and dealer/distributor workflows to define user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Configure Salesforce features including objects, fields, validation rules, and workflows while acting as a bridge between business users and technical teams. Support UAT planning, defect triage, and sign-off, preparing documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, and training materials. Requires 5–7 years of experience with basic Salesforce Admin knowledge and Dealer/Order management understanding. Located in Cummins Balewadi Pune office, 5 days a week.
