Functional Safety Technical Expert

Assess project safety plans and work products to develop a FuSa Health Dashboard. Collaborate with Ford Connected Vehicle Software, Product Data Integrity, and supplier engineering teams to identify safety-related process and work product gaps, recommending best practice solutions. Develop a capability maturity plan in partnership with engineering stakeholders. Report to the Director of the Office of Functional Safety Assurance. This role supports the broader Functional Safety Assurance mission by ensuring rigorous adherence to safety standards across vehicle software and supply chain processes.
