Functional Safety (FuSa) Junior Engineer

Job Summary
Conduct ISO 26262 activities for Battery/Powertrain and ADAS functions under guidance, preparing and maintaining safety documents while participating in basic analyses like HARA, FMEA, and FTA. Collaborate with system, hardware, and supplier teams to collect technical information and support data preparation for safety work products, ensuring documentation quality through provided templates. Explore AI-based toolchains to support automation in Functional Safety activities and track progress of assigned tasks, reporting status and issues to the Lead Engineer. Assist in Safety Verification & Validation activities, including documentation support and evidence preparation, while learning best practices through internal meetings and technical reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
- Good English communication skills, especially verbal, for effective collaboration in a multicultural environment
- Team-oriented, proactive, and open to training, mentoring, and continuous improvement
- Passion for innovation and willingness to contribute to the future of intelligent and safe mobility
- Interest and motivation to learn FuSa, and state-of-the-art AI technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with eagerness to learn from hands-on projects
