Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive orthopedic and functional movement evaluations, then design individualized rehabilitation programs emphasizing strength, balance, and mobility. Deliver evidence-based interventions using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education while monitoring progress to modify treatment plans based on measurable clinical outcomes. Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and home exercise programs, and collaborate with physicians to coordinate care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives within a collaborative outpatient orthopedic environment. Full-time, onsite role in East Goshen Township, Pennsylvania; $85,000–$126,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PT) license or eligibility to obtain Pennsylvania licensure before employment
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent accredited Physical Therapy degree
- Strong orthopedic rehabilitation assessment and treatment skills
- Excellent clinical reasoning and evidence-based decision-making abilities
- Outstanding communication and patient education skills
- Ability to independently manage patient caseloads while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to documentation accuracy
- Must currently reside within commuting distance of East Goshen Township, Pennsylvania, or be prepared to relocate independently before employment

- Limited orthopedic rehabilitation knowledge or clinical experience

Desired Qualifications
- Previous outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation experience

- Familiarity with Medicare documentation, rehabilitation compliance, and quality reporting
- Stable employment history demonstrating continued professional growth and commitment to patient care
- Previous outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation experience
- Strong manual therapy and functional movement assessment expertise
- Experience treating post-operative orthopedic and sports-related injuries
- Outstanding patient engagement with measurable functional outcomes
- Advanced orthopedic certifications or specialized rehabilitation training
