Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify root causes of chronic conditions and order advanced diagnostic labs including DUTCH, GI-MAP, and genomics. Develop tailored treatment plans incorporating nutrition, lifestyle changes, targeted supplements, and bioidentical hormone therapy while supporting oncology patients with complementary functional strategies. Collaborate with nutritionists and regenerative medicine specialists to educate patients on their health journeys and participate in peer case reviews and quality improvement initiatives. Board-certified physician with Functional Medicine certification required for this full-time role in Gillette, WY, offering $250,000 base salary and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or hospital call.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO, board-certified (or eligible) in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or a related specialty
- Functional Medicine certification or advanced training (IFM, A4M, or similar)
- Experience working with specialty labs, integrative therapies, and systems biology
- Active WY medical license or the ability to obtain one
- Monday–Friday schedule — no weekends or hospital call
