Job Summary

Lead delivery of the Ariel EAS pension software solution for clients, manage a multidisciplinary implementation team, coordinate with Project Managers to ensure seamless delivery, define and mitigate risks, and provide coaching to team members. Role requires extensive Defined Benefits implementation experience, strong client-facing communication, and the ability to adapt to an agile, enterprise software environment with up to 20% travel; remote work arrangement with periodic travel aligns with TELUS Health’s 100% work-from-home setup for this role.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Defined Benefits-related implementations
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary implementation teams
