Job Summary
Conduct hands-on projects supporting internal teams in implementing solutions that enhance business processes and workflows. Assist in data analysis, report preparation, and provide insights to support informed decision-making. Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative activities while seeking feedback to continuously improve skills. Contribute to real initiatives across functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, Legal, and Project Support within ABB's global operations. Gain mentorship and practical experience in a supportive environment as part of the 2027/28 talent pool.
Required Qualifications
- currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, HR, supply chain or related fields
- comfortable communicating in English
