Job Summary
Provide comprehensive wellness consultations and in-office procedures as part of an integrative health practice. Conduct wellness consultations with review of medical history and labs, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans including hormone balance, weight management, and metabolic health. Perform in-office procedures such as IV drips, vitamin therapy, and peptide therapy; order, interpret, and evaluate labs to inform treatment recommendations; and prescribe medications, peptides, or supplements as appropriate. Maintain accurate EMR documentation and collaborate with staff to ensure continuity of care and exceptional service. Role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and a patient-centered approach in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- 0-2 years of clinical experience
- Experience in functional health and wellness (hormone replacement therapy, IV therapy, peptide therapy) is a plus
- Knowledge or interest in hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, IV therapy, and medical weight loss
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using EMR systems and referencing current literature (e.g., PubMed)
- Willingness to use social media for patient education and professional growth
