Functional Family Therapist - Hybrid

Functional Family Therapist in a Hybrid role delivering FFT services to families with adolescents aged 10-17 using evidence-based FFT methods. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing weekly one-hour home-based family therapy sessions, managing a caseload of 10-12 families over an average of 12 weeks, and performing FFT-related planning, assessment (including SNA), engagement, and outcome reviews. The position supports remote case management with travel throughout the assigned area, requires flexibility to work from a home office and an office in Wichita or Pittsburg as needed, and involves on-call crisis intervention duties in a hybrid work arrangement. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field (Masters preferred), licensure in relevant mental health fields preferred, 2 years of relevant experience (with in-home FFT experience preferred), and bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable.
