Job Summary
Assess client interactions, formulate interventions based on identified treatment plans, and evaluate progress toward goals while providing direct care services. Deliver minimum one-hour weekly, home-based family therapy sessions to families with adolescents aged 10 to 18, managing a caseload of 10 to 15 families across eight to 26 weeks using the Functional Family Therapy model. Maintain schedule flexibility to meet family availability and facilitate community resource planning, permanency planning, and discharge documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders, schools, medical providers, and referring workers to support case management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, human services, criminal justice or a related field
- Must be able to maintain flexibility in schedule to meet families when they are available
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in family therapy or youth services
