Job Summary
Conduct weekly, home-based family therapy sessions for adolescents aged 10 to 18 using the Functional Family Therapy model. Manage a caseload of 10 to 15 families over eight to 26 weeks, assessing client interactions and evaluating treatment progress. Facilitate community resource planning, permanency planning, and discharge documentation while interfacing with schools, medical providers, and stakeholders. Maintain schedule flexibility to meet family availability. Requires a Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related fields; prior family therapy experience preferable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, human services, criminal justice or a related field
