Job Summary
Lead functional work-streams in wealth management projects, translating client business requirements into structured data models, rules, and workflows aligned to regulatory frameworks like MiFID II and FCA Consumer Duty. Collaborate with AI architects to design and deliver agentic AI prototypes, including functional documentation, solution validation, and client demos. Work with leadership to develop proposals for BFSI clients, conduct market research on trends and competitors, and deliver presentations and thought-leadership content. Build deep expertise in AI-powered wealth journeys while experimenting with AI-native tools. Support high-profile global projects with UK, Europe, and India clients, contributing to CXO-level business development and onboarding suitability assessments.
Required Qualifications
- Interest in the Wealth Management domain
- Ability to work at the intersection of client engagement and project leadership
- Self-starter mindset
- Knowledge of agentic AI concepts
- Ability to translate client business requirements into structured data models, rules, and workflows aligned to regulatory frameworks (e.g., MiFID II, FCA Consumer Duty, SEBI)
- Ability to collaborate with AI architects and tech teams to design and deliver agentic AI prototypes and solutions
- Ability to support deliveries of agentic AI solutions including functional documentation, validation of the solutions and demos to clients
- Ability to work with leadership to develop proposals for BFSI clients, focused on wealth management
- Ability to conduct market research on wealth management trends, competitors, and regulatory changes
- Ability to build and deliver client presentations, demos, and POVs to support business development
- Ability to contribute to thought-leadership content (e.g., LinkedIn posts, client workshops, summit collateral)
- Working knowledge of agentic AI concepts (RAG, knowledge graphs, intelligent data extraction)
- Ability to experiment with AI-native tools (conversational apps)
