Job Summary
Lead and grow an advanced functional and epilepsy neurosurgery practice with ~40% subspecialty focus and the balance in general neurosurgery. Perform complex cranial procedures including SEEG, RNS, DBS, VNS, LITT, open epilepsy surgery, stereotactic procedures, and neuromodulation. Practice primarily on the Issaquah campus while staying integrated with the Swedish Neuroscience Institute for complex cases, inpatient care, and shared call. Collaborate with neurophysiology, nursing, and perioperative teams; participate in weekly multidisciplinary epilepsy conferences and comprehensive pre-surgical evaluation pathways. Enjoy a sustainable call model supported by APC daytime coverage and cranial fellow support overnight and on weekends.
