Job Summary
Workday HCM Functional Consultant for a 7-month, part-time contract (4 days/week) supporting and optimizing the Workday HCM product at BDO. Responsibilities include day-to-day administration of Core HCM, Absence, Recruitment, Performance, and Talent Management; troubleshooting system issues and user queries; monitoring, maintaining, and enhancing Workday configurations; participating in testing across releases; supporting biannual release impact assessment and feature adoption; and developing comprehensive documentation for business processes, configuration design, and user guidance. Required skills include proven Workday HCM delivery/support experience, deep Workday functionality knowledge (security, business processes, reporting), stakeholder collaboration, issue ownership, problem-solving and analytical abilities, and ability to elicit and validate requirements. A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is highly desirable; Workday certifications are highly regarded.
