Job Summary
Lead mobilization and design phases for procurement transformation programs, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on complex sourcing and contract management challenges. Determine client needs and translate them into logical business models achievable through the Ivalua Platform, while documenting design workshops and advising on alternative functionalities aligned with best practices. Manage end-to-end functional project execution for source-to-contract and procure-to-pay implementations, including process GAP analysis, requirement documentation, and supplier enablement. Collaborate with business and process architects globally to deliver highest value to clients while growing the internal procurement transformation practice through strategy and proposal development. Requires fluent German and English, 3+ years of procurement experience, and 20% travel.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of proven experience and very strong process knowledge within Procurement area
- Fluent command in German and English both spoken and written
- Some travel may be necessary (~20%)
- Knowledge and experience deploying eProcurement solutions
- Ability to do Process GAP analysis and lead workshops with Business and Process Architects
- Expertise in documenting business requirements into design document
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness to work with business counterparts globally
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- An eye for detail
- Critical thinking and leadership skills to be able to negotiate client requirements
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities
- Creating best practices in S2C and P2P processes
- Ability to operate effectively both autonomously and within an international team
- Familiar with project management tools
- Experience in Ivalua system design, including users, org structure, finance data, etc.
- Experience in Ivalua workflow design to reflect the underlying business processes
- Experience with SAP, Oracle or other ERP systems
