Job Summary
Functional Consultant responsible for delivering SaaS implementations for Paradox/Workday, leading customer configurations from post-sale through launch. Responsibilities include guiding onboarding, solution design, user acceptance testing, and go-live, delivering configurations per the project plan, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely completion, mentoring teammates, and advocating for customers with product teams to influence onboarding improvements. Requirements include 3+ years in SaaS implementation, strong HR technology knowledge (HCM/HRIS/ATS/CRM), experience with large organizations, excellent communication, and travel up to 25%. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing SaaS software implementation projects in a SaaS environment
- Extensive knowledge of the HR technology industry (HCM, HRIS, ATS, CRM)
- Experience administering/implementing software systems for large organizations (2,500+ employees)
- Strong communication skills across multiple channels
- Attention to detail and rigorous project delivery
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for client engagements
