Job Summary
Role focuses on leading discovery sessions to understand underwriting workflows, translating requirements into functional designs and user stories, designing and configuring solutions within the Convr platform (underwriting rules, submission triage, and AI decisioning workflows), driving end-to-end implementation from onboarding through go-live, leading UAT cycles, and engaging customers to realize value. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5+ years in Functional Consulting/Business Analysis, with strong Commercial P&C Insurance domain knowledge, experience delivering SaaS implementations (including UAT and go-live), and proficiency with Jira, Excel, SQL, and data structures. Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in Functional Consulting, Business Analysis, or Implementation roles within SaaS or enterprise software
- Strong experience in Commercial P&C Insurance and understanding of the underwriting lifecycle (submission through quote)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions
- Experience supporting software implementations, including UAT and go-live
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams
- Proficiency with tools like Excel and Jira (or similar)
- Familiarity with data structures, SQL, or AI-driven platforms (A Plus)
