Job Summary
Execute end-to-end client implementations of HighRadius Cloud products for Fortune 2000 companies across the globe. Write SQL scripts for data gathering and configuration, then run and execute projects through the full life cycle including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hyper-care. Build rapport with clients, manage them effectively, and conduct UAT and shadow sessions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy projects with agreed KPIs, test end-to-end process flows, and drive adoption through hand-on end user journey training. Keep delivery leadership informed of potential risks.
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of professional services experience
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Good understanding of SDLC processes
- Functional Consulting experience
- Very good communication skills
