Job Summary
Triage, analyze, and resolve application support requests for the PRISM acquisition and grants management solution through the Help Desk ticketing process. Escalate complex issues to technical teams while communicating status updates to government users and stakeholders. Analyze reported problems to identify root causes, recommend functional solutions, and support software configuration management activities. Participate in system testing, assist with user training and documentation, and generate reports on Help Desk metrics and trends. Collaborate with developers and business analysts to support system enhancements and document best practices to improve service delivery. This role is in person in Springfield, VA, five days per week, requiring an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience supporting enterprise software applications, ERP systems, or business applications
- Experience providing software support or Help Desk services in a client-facing environment
- Experience troubleshooting functional application issues and working with cross-functional teams to resolve problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance is required
- Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph
- This role is in person in Springfield, VA, 5 days per week
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting federal government software applications
- Knowledge of federal acquisition, procurement, or grants management business processes
- Experience supporting acquisition systems such as PRISM or similar COTS applications
- Experience with SQL queries for troubleshooting and reporting
- Experience supporting software implementations or Operations & Maintenance (O&M) environments
- Experience with testing, configuration management, training, and organizational change management
- Experience supporting financial system interfaces or enterprise system integrations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
