Job Summary
Provide initiative management guidance to support program and project objectives while managing high-complexity initiatives aligned with strategic goals and contractual requirements. Conduct detailed research, data analysis, and functional assessments to identify gaps and improvement opportunities, then develop reports, recommendations, and business documentation to support leadership decision-making. Ensure product and deliverable quality through thorough review and validation processes, while monitoring compliance with regulatory, contractual, and organizational standards. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, plus 6 years of experience or 5 years with a Master's degree, along with PMP/DHS mid-level PM certification. Candidates must pass a background check and obtain a Common Access Card.
Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in business process analysis and re-engineering methodologies
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence and advise senior leadership
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or related field
- PMP/DHS mid-level PM (or equivalent)
- Minimum 6 years of experience OR 5 years with a Master's degree or higher
- Ability to pass employment background check and obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
