Job Summary
Provide functional support for Government users throughout the requisitioning lifecycle within the PRISM application, troubleshooting issues and analyzing business requirements to recommend best practices. Deliver instructor-led and virtual user training, develop documentation, and support system configuration, testing, and validation activities. Partner with stakeholders to identify operational efficiencies and coordinate with technical teams to resolve complex functional issues. Ensure assigned work is completed on schedule while maintaining high-quality customer service.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience supporting enterprise software applications
- 3+ years of experience providing end-user software support and user training
- Experience working directly with clients in a consulting, implementation, or customer support role
- Experience documenting business processes, user procedures, knowledge articles, or training materials
- Experience troubleshooting functional software issues and coordinating with technical teams
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Business, Information Systems, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience supporting the Unison PRISM Requisitioning module strongly preferred
- Knowledge of the Federal acquisition lifecycle, including requisitioning, approvals, funding, procurement, and purchasing workflows
- Experience supporting Federal Government acquisition, procurement, or grants management systems
- Experience supporting Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) enterprise software solutions
- Experience with business process analysis and process improvement initiatives
- Experience supporting software implementations or Operations & Maintenance (O&M) environments
- Experience conducting end-user training and change management activities
- Outstanding customer service and client relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with users at all organizational levels
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Self-starter who learns quickly and thrives in a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office applications
