Job Summary
Analyze the assigned software application, ensure its implementation aligns with customer needs and proposed timelines; directly contact customers to provide post-implementation solutions and explore opportunities for further development; serve as training facilitator for customers to learn and operate the implemented software at basic and advanced levels; maintain and expand knowledge of the specific application system technology.
Required Qualifications
