Job Summary
Functional Business Consultant – Sales responsible for end-to-end Sales processes and system capabilities across IFS Cloud (ERP) and Dynamics CRM. Own and improve Lead-to-Order, Quotation, Pricing, and Order Management processes; ensure consistent data flow across CRM and ERP; configure and optimize Sales functionalities in IFS Cloud; act as functional counterpart for Dynamics CRM; analyze incidents and change requests; support testing, releases, and QA; design integrations between CRM and ERP; translate business requirements into clear functional designs; prepare solution concepts and decision templates; coordinate external service providers; enable users through training and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration/Economics, or a comparable qualification
- Strong understanding of Sales processes in an industrial or B2B environment
- Experience with ERP (IFS preferred) and CRM systems (Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Ability to work across system boundaries (CRM ↔ ERP)
- Analytical, solution‐oriented mindset with strong ownership
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Very good English skills
