Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in CRM Dynamics 365 functional analysis, development, and design
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM modules Sales & Marketing/Field Services/Customer Service
- Proficiency in creating both canvas and model-driven apps
- Experience in automating workflows and integrating various services
- Strong skills in designing and managing data models
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines
