Job Summary
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client business processes and system requirements, gathering and documenting needs while conducting system and gap-fit analysis. Configure and customize the Epicor ERP system using the Administration Console and BPM, develop functional specifications, and create test plans to ensure solution accuracy. Provide end-user training, troubleshoot system issues, and communicate progress to stakeholders during project meetings. Stay updated with Epicor functionalities to recommend process improvements and assist technical teams in facilitating system enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business / Finance / Supply Chain Management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within project timelines
- A solid understanding of project management methodologies and practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude
