Job Summary
Functional Architect leading the design and implementation of Order Promiser (OP) and Enterprise Supply Planner (ESP) capabilities within Central Planning. Drives strategic transformation and standardization of planning processes across regions, translating business requirements into scalable system configurations, and ensuring alignment between planning policies and execution platforms. Partners with IT and business teams to integrate SAP S/4 MES Planning platforms (Blue Yonder) and to deliver measurable improvements in key supply chain KPIs (on-time delivery, forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and capacity utilization). Responsible for end-to-end change management, governance of planning logic and data quality, and developing functional leadership across global teams. Mentors supply chain analysts and leads cross-functional initiatives from design through adoption, with emphasis on governance, analytics, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 10+ years in supply chain, planning systems, or transformation roles
- Experience in semiconductor or complex manufacturing environments strongly preferred
- MBA or Master’s preferred
