Functional Analyst – Treasury & Derivatives

Functional Analyst responsible for leading analysis, design, and delivery of banking solutions; translate business needs into solution specifications; define and validate performance, scalability, security, and service quality requirements; manage end-to-end impact analysis across applications and data flows; own solution design specifications aligned to enterprise architecture; define data models and source-to-target mappings; contribute to effort estimation; facilitate Agile ceremonies; mentor junior analysts; drive validation strategies and oversee SIT/UAT; ensure regulatory compliance and risk controls in solution design; collaborate with trading desks, treasury operations, risk, and IT; apply strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication to enable successful delivery of front-to-back treasury and derivatives solutions; hybrid-friendly culture with potential travel and opportunities for growth in cloud-based managed services.
