Job Summary
Collaborate with the development team to ensure enhancements and customizations are fully tested, validated, and aligned with user requirements without impacting system performance. Provide timely and effective resolution to system issues as they arise while working directly with Microsoft and ISV vendors to resolve internal challenges. Identify at-risk or inefficient business processes and recommend viable, system-driven improvements within the Financial Applications Management Team. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, enhancements, and process improvements while partnering with the Functional Team Lead to deliver high-quality support. Review Microsoft and ISV update guides to proactively communicate upcoming changes to users. Requires 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 F&O, a Bachelor's degree, and strong accounting principles. Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience providing functional support and auditing within Dynamics 365 F&O as a consultant or end user
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Accounting, MIS, or related fields
- Experience with data management processes related to financial applications
- Strong understanding of core accounting principles and functions
- Experience with D365 Supply Chain Advanced Warehousing
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, PowerApps) and F&O integrations
- Demonstrated ability to build detailed Power BI reports
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred experience in Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (MB 300 or MB 310) are a plus
